4.) Delivery of regenerated refrigerant
After TEGA has filled the regenerated refrigerants in cylinders and containers, they are marked with a fraud-resistant hologram label and now are available at TEGA warehouses for supply to customers.
Regenerated goods are quota-free, i.e. all refrigerant volumes which have been regenerated are not subject to EU quota system according to European F-gas directive. And limitations as applicable for virgin refrigerants with a GWP > 2500 (e.g. virgin R 404A which cannot be filled in installations containing more than 40 CO2-tonnes of refrigerants) do not apply for regenerated refrigerants either.
