2.) Chemical analysis of refrigerant
The content of each recycling cylinder (R-cylinder) is analyzed individually by gas chromatography at TEGA‘s own laboratory. Depending on results of this analysis, the used refrigerant is qualified for regeneration process or will be disposed of.
The latter will be processed according to specific guidance and won’t harm the environment in any way or shape. In case of used refrigerant becoming applicable to regeneration, a separation by refrigerant type is done first.
