Agriculture
LPG also provides a lot of opportunities in agriculture. For many farms there is no connection to the gas network as they live far away. That makes LPG in cylinders a very good alternative. The areas of application are diverse, for example:
- Powering agricultural machinery
- Heating stables, greenhouses or halls
- Generating power
- Drying grain or carrying out other drying processes
Drying grain, legumes or rapeseed means they can be kept for months. That way the moisture content stipulated by the EU can be achieved. It’s also possible to get a higher price for the goods. As LPG is not harmful to water, it can also be used in water conservation areas.
