As already described in the “cooking at home” area, the big advantage of LPG kitchen appliances is that their temperatures can be regulated precisely. Immediately after switching on, LPG-fuelled stoves reach their full heating performance. The energy costs are up to one third lower compared to electric kitchens. The advantages are obvious, even in gastronomy.
